Intro:
Now, you can easily face Mecca five times a day
for prayer.
How to use:
Just turn on faceMecca. You will hear the call to prayer.
The arrow will find and point
in the direction of Mecca. To mute the volume, just touch the screen.
Real time GPS/Compass:
The iPhone 3Gs comes with a magnetometer (compass) chip, which
allows the iPhone to know which way it is orientated with respect to
north. And because of GPS, the iPhone knows where it is on the map,
and can calculate the angle to Mecca. Wow!

Note:
faceMecca only works with iPhone 3Gs. faceMecca utilizes the
onboard compass chip. (For other devices, make sure you're
facing north.) Also, since faceMecca uses GPS to locate Mecca, it might not work inside large buildings.
